CANCELLATION POLICY PAYMENT & BOOKING A valid credit or debit card is required to book all appointments. (CashApp cards are not accepted.) Some services require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. Any cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. If payment fails, future bookings will be restricted until the balance is paid. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in a 75% charge of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking future appointments. LATE POLICY If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. • 10+ minutes late → $20 late fee • 20+ minutes late → appointment canceled + 75% fee applied This ensures all scheduled clients are respected. FIRST-TIME CLIENT COURTESY First-time clients are allowed a one-time grace for a late cancellation or missed appointment. Any future occurrences will be subject to full policy enforcement. RECURRING APPOINTMENTS Missed appointments without communication within 48 hours will result in cancellation of all recurring bookings. Appointments may be rebooked once any outstanding balance is resolved. SERVICE PAYMENTS Remaining balances may be paid by card or cash at the time of service.
