C A N C E L L A T I O N P O L I C Y Payment Terms To schedule an appointment with Key Barbering & Wellness, a valid credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. (CashApp cards are not accepted.) A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file fails to process, you will be unable to book future appointments until the balance is resolved. ⸻ Service Payments Credit/debit cards and cash are accepted at the time of service. ⸻ Deposit Policy Some services may require a partial deposit (e.g., 50%) to confirm your booking. This deposit goes toward your final total and is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled outside the allowed cancellation window. Deposit details will be communicated during booking. ⸻ No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged 75% of the service total. This fee must be paid before you can schedule future services. To avoid this, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. ⸻ Grace for First-Time Clients First-time clients will receive a one-time grace exemption from cancellation or no-show fees. However, continued late cancellations or missed appointments will result in full enforcement of the standard policy. ⸻ Running Late? If you’re running behind, please notify me at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. • Arriving 10+ minutes late will result in a $20 late fee. • Arriving 20+ minutes late will result in cancellation and a 75% cancellation fee. ⸻ Recurring Appointments Policy Recurring appointments require consistent communication. If an appointment is missed and there is no communication within 48 hours, all recurring appointments will be canceled. Clients may rebook once any outstanding fees are resolved.
